What can I expect after buying a subscription?

You will receive a confirmation by WhatsApp or email with some more information about the subscription. We will contact you personally via WhatsApp or email to confirm which olive oil(s) you would like to receive as your first batch.

When and how do I pay for my subscription?

Your payment via the website counts as the payment for the first month of your subscription. After that, you pay via a payment link that we send you via WhatsApp or email. You will receive this link every month around the day of the month that you subscribed (for example: if you subscribed on 15 September, you will receive your next payment link on 15 October etc.) We do not work with automatic bank transfers.

When do I receive my bottles of olive oil?

You receive your olive oil at your (home) address every 3 months. When the next period of 3 months approaches, we ask you which olive oil(s) you want as your next batch and deliver these (for example: you subscribed Silver on 15 September and send you a batch of 3 bottles. When the new period of 3 months approaches (15 December), we contact you, confirm which 3 bottles you want next, and send them to your address).

Can I choose different olive oils every 3 months?

Yes, you can decide which olive oils you want every 3 months. If you have a bronze or silver subscription, you can choose every 3 months which olive oil varieties you want. You can choose between all varieties, but you can also ask for 3 bottles of the same variety; it’s up to you. If you have a gold subscription, you will receive 3 liters of one variety of olive oil variety every 3 months. Of course, every 3 months you can choose which olive oil variety you want.

What if I want to stop my subscription?

The minimum duration of your subscription is 6 months (equal to 2 batches). After that, you can stop whenever you want by sending us a message via WhatsApp or email. Please note that if you cancel your subscription after 7 months, you will have to pay for 9 months because you will have received your third batch of olive oil already.  After the 9th month, you will then not receive another batch anymore.

What if I move to another address?

Just inform us about your new address by WhatsApp or email and we will make sure that you receive your next batch on your new address, as long as it is in the Netherlands. If your new address is outside of the Netherlands, please inform us about it and we will find a solution.
