These olives are early harvested and cold pressed at the certified organic and biodynamic farm US8 Alfândega da Fé in the region of Porto, Portugal. This farm is established by a University of Porto professor specializing in polyphenols and their impact on cancer cells. His passion for healthy olive oil can be found back in the olive oil as well as the way the olives are grown. The Cabrançosa olives are grown using regenerative practices, ensuring that nature thrives at the farm.
