Chemleli is a 100% Tunisian olive variety. It is the most planted variety in Tunisia due to its ability to adapt to the summer heat and cold winters in the orchards. It is a robust variety that was already admired by the Romans for its delicious olive oil. This olive oil has a delicate taste with aromas of green almond, unripe banana and yellow apple, and a medium pungency. It pairs well with salads, eggs, cheeses, chicken, fish, and sandwiches.
